Bad attempt at removing a tattoo

Here is a photo of a very bad attempt at removing a tattoo with not only the wrong kind of equipment but also an operator who obviously has had no training or just has no idea about human physiology.

Tattoo removal is not simply a case of pointing the equipment at the tattoo, you need to understand the physiology of the human body and in particular the layers of the skin, and underlying tissues. Especially when working in certain areas such as back of the neck, throat etc. Hopefully this poor man did not suffer long term damage and did not go back to this scheister for more.
